Weekly CRAWL - 7/17/26

I know, I know, I’ve been slacking but here we go!

CREATED:

I have rediscovered my love of watercolor painting and have leaned into completely into creating “stamp collections” of different albums. Previously, I have created a stamp collection of Djo’s The Crux Deluxe and part one of three of Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide. BUT I did manage to knock out a new set of stamps for Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide and ended up taking photos of them and printing them onto transfer paper to create a new shirt for the Noah Kahan concert.

The other creative ventures I have dove into this week in hand embrodiering hats! I made two Djo inspired hats for a couple of friends and am deep in the middle of two additional hats! (Don’t worry, one of them is for myself!)

ADVENTURE:

This week’s adventure was one that was rooted in luck, adaptability, and making it work.

I ended up at Night 2 of Noah Kahan at Wrigley Field! This was only possible due to a last-minute ticket win, Metra, CTA, and Lyft. I am going to be writing up an entire blog post about the concert, so I am keeping it relatively brief here. This show was truly the definition of “everything works out if you let it.” I am so excited to see him again in a couple of weeks!
